Where do I get my files and updates?
When you order the product you will receive a license key, which you can then download from https://www.nanoways.com can be entered. You can then request a download via this portal. You will then receive an email with the download link.
Creating the folder structure
The best thing to do is simply create a folder on one of the local storage devices. This could be, for example, C:/Bootcast. Then copy all the files from the .zip that you received from nanoways.com into this folder.
Installing updates
In order to install updates later but not delete the existing configuration, you can simply delete all .exe files from bootCAST and replace them with the .exe files from the update zip that you received from nanoways.com.
Customize the configuration
To adjust the configuration, please create a copy of the bootcast.mini file and rename it to user.bootcast.mini. When the program starts, the first thing it looks for is a configuration file called user.bootcast.mini and uses it. If this file is not available, the bootcast.mini file is automatically used.
