In the programs toolstar®testLX, toolstar®testWIN, toolstar®shredderLX and toolstar®shredderWIN You have access to the SMART values of the connected hard drives and can start self-tests on them. Depending on which protocol (ATA, NVMe or eMMC) is used by the disk, the interpretation and output of the SMART values differs. The SMART values can either be read out automatically via an automation script or via the main menu and the Drives sub-item. There you will then have a selection of all connected data carriers and, in addition to the other test and deletion processes, you can also read out the SMART values or start self-tests on the respective hard drive.
