How do I access the Licinger customer portal?
You can access the customer portal at www.licinger.de or via the link at the top right of www.toolhouse.deOn the page www.licinger.de You will find an “Actions” drop-down menu at the top right. Below this is a link that will take you to log in. You can then log in there with your access data. If you do not have access data, please contact us. To the contact page.
How do I get my access?
If you are placing an order for the first time, you will automatically receive your temporary access data in the confirmation email. If you have been a customer for a long time, you automatically received information in May 2019 on how to register in the customer portal.
What functions does the customer portal offer?
- Store information that is integrated into the license. Such as your company name and contact information for the responsible person.
- Access the latest versions and updates anytime, anywhere. You will receive the updates via email for download. Each email contains detailed instructions on how to install the update. You can also find further information in our Knowledgebase.
- Register USB sticks as tokens. Information about the process can be found in the customer portal itself and in this knowledge base article: Go to article.
- View the change log of the product versions. What has happened? What problems have been fixed and what new features have been added?
- Request ISO image for self-booting products (toolstar®testLX and toolstar®shredderLX). These ISO images can then be burned onto a DVD. The generated ISO images can be used immediately and do not require any further adjustment.
- Upload documents for automatic integration into product builds. This allows logo files and settings to be managed centrally and automatically inserted into every update. Further information can be found in the customer portal itself and in this knowledge base article: To the article.
