  1. We work with our customers in a trusting, fair and long-term manner.
  2. The whole team works hard to continually improve our products and processes to ensure this in the future.
  3. That is why we do not restrict rights and obligations and adhere to the regulations of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
  4. If there are any disagreements, please contact us directly; we will definitely find an agreement that is fair for both sides.
  5. Our offer is aimed exclusively at businesses and public institutions, not at private end consumers.
  6. All prices are therefore net plus VAT. You will receive the invoice by email.
  7. The place of performance for deliveries and payments is Pfaffenhofen; the place of jurisdiction, depending on the subject matter jurisdiction, is the Pfaffenhofen district court or the Ingolstadt regional court.
